2013 Rates
| Each unit features 3 bedrooms 2 baths 1250 square feet all this for $900.00 per unit rent top and bottom for $1800.00 thats 2500 square feet quite a deal compare to others that cost over 3 grand thats why we say we are affordable last seaon we installed new heat pumps and cental air so we hope you understand we may be cheap on price but not on comfort. We have 07 club cars that you can rent for $200 each which almost half the price of the village and you dont have to wait in line. |
